OBITUARY Earlyn Marie Jackson Pollocks July 7tn, 8, 1960 -- April 2, 2013 July 8, 1960 a beautiful flower sprang fourth to the proud parents of Booker T. Jackson, Jr. and Margaret Ruth Finley. This flower was destined to blossom and grow into a prized treasure. Her beauty and fragrance was available for all the experience. The petals began to fall last summer as the effects of breast cancer began to pluck at her petals. Her inner beauty did not fade. She stood firm in her faith of our Lord Jesus Christ and fought the good fight. She did not lose the fight, but will continue to live on in eternity. Earlyn (Early Ree) was known for her contagious smile. She attended public school in Darlington County. Her education began in Head Start and continued at Washington Street Elementary School. Later she attended Butler High School, graduating in the class of 1978. She loved and enjoyed life. The joy of her life was her two sons, Justin and Ian. They knew the real love of a mother. Earlyn was preceded in death by paternal grandparents, Booker T. Jackson, Sr. and Annie Bell Jackson, who was responsible for rearing her as a child. She leaves to cherish her memories her sons, Justin Finley Jackson (Steffi) of Enterprise, Al. and Ian William Smith (Benny Smith) of Fayetteville, NC., three grandchildren, Julius, Tristan and Nilah Jackson, four sisters Jennifer Jackson and Ursula McGee both of Houston, Tx. , Carolyn Cox of Cheraw, SC and Chantel James of Darlington, SC. There are many dear cousins, aunts and uncles as well as other family and friends who will remember her as well.
