March 5, 1964 December 11, 2012 Wanda was the baby of 10 siblings. She was the daughter of the late Jessie (Johnny) and Bertha Mae (Baby Rae) Burris Mack. She was married for 21 years to a loving and devoted husband Graylin Eans of Florence, SC and to this union 2 children were born: Grashard Y. and Bertrice W. Eans of the home; a stepson Dion Holmes of Kuwait, one grandchild Kamryn G. Eans: mother Carmella Baker of Florence, SC and a special addition, the family pet Dootle Bug Lucky Eans (baby). Wanda was a graduate of Spaulding High School Class of 1982 in Lamar, SC. She continued her education at Florence-Darlington Technical College in Florence, SC: Associate of Public Service; Coker College in Hartsville, SC: Bachelors in Early Childhood Education, and Francis Marion University in Florence SC: Bachelor of Science in Sociology. Her quest for knowledge was completed with a Masters of Education from Lesley University in Boston, MA. Wanda was a dedicated school teacher for a total of 14 years in Darlington County and later Lee County School District until her illness. She was a devoted member of Bethany Baptist Church of Lamar, SC and belonged to the following organizations: Trustees, Assistance Secretary Board of Trustees, Choir President-Inspirational, Teen Teacher for Vacation Bible School and American Cancer Society Chairperson. Wanda leaves behind the following love ones: four brothers: Leroy (Cathy) Williams of Meriden, CT; Donnell Mack and Furnice (Shirely) Mack of Darlington, SC; and Minister James (Elaine) Mack of Effingham, SC. There are five sisters: Janice M. Sowells, Jessie Mae Mack, and Ira Lee Mack all of Lamar, SC; Virginia Geraldine Mack of Florence, SC; Barbara (Harold) Reames of Bishopville, SC; one sister preceded her in death Annette Mack and a special sister Chandra E. Mack of Hephzibah, GA. Others left to cherish her memory are a mother in law: Daisy M. Eans of Lamar, SC; one sister in law Gertude Eans of Hartsville, SC; three brother in laws: Bob (Ernestine) Boston of Lamar, SC; Earl Eans of Kuwait; Charles (Patricia) Eans of Fayetteville, NC; five aunts, two uncles, a great uncle and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
